Our Fees

Pretty much all our services are provided at no direct cost to you because our brokers are compensated by banks and other lenders when a mortgage is finalised or refixed.

We work in the same way as travel agents do, earning commissions from the vendor.

There are some exceptions, however, you will always be informed of these fees before they are levied.

For our insurance services, it’s the same. Our brokers are compensated by the insurance company once the insurance policy is finalised.

How We Get Paid

Mortgage lenders and insurance companies set their own commission rates. We’re generally paid commission up front by the provider when the loan or insurance policy is taken out.
