With more than 14 years’ experience in finance, including the past nine years specialising in home lending, Dawn is passionate about helping people achieve their property goals. She enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and is committed to making the lending process feel simple, straightforward and tailored to each person’s needs.
Dawn has a particular passion for supporting first-home buyers as they navigate the property market, understanding how overwhelming the process can sometimes feel. She also has extensive experience helping clients through significant life changes, including separation, and providing practical lending solutions when they’re needed most.

Outside of work, Dawn has lived in Whitby for the past 18 years with her husband, Les, and their two daughters, Beth and Emily. She loves helping families take the next step towards home ownership.
