Meet Jane, the Personal Assistant at The Mortgage/Insurance Advice Company! Jane brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the team, helping keep things running smoothly and making sure clients feel supported throughout the process.
Jane began her career in life insurance in 2008 and has since worked across a range of roles with some of New Zealand’s best-known insurance providers. During that time, she gained experience in administration, customer service and underwriting, as well as working in retail, customer service and running her own small business. She has a well-rounded understanding of the insurance process from start to finish.
Working alongside our advisers, Jane helps clients navigate the various stages of the process, from new applications and policy changes to accessing provider benefits and understanding underwriting requirements. Her friendly approach, attention to detail and industry knowledge help make things straightforward and well managed.
Outside of work, Jane is a dedicated carer for her octogenarian father. In her spare time, she enjoys playing squash and indulging her love of retro gaming.
