Meet Nik, our Head of People at The Mortgage Advice Company.
Nik brings a unique mix of experience to the team. She spent 16 years in banking, working across life insurance product management and leadership, before discovering that she enjoyed the people side of business even more than the product side.
Since then, Nik has co-founded an HR consultancy, led the People function for a game development company and now supports our team with all things people and culture.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Nik brings a practical, accountable and empathetic approach to her work. She’s a great listener, refreshingly genuine and passionate about helping each member of the team achieve their own version of success. Nik believes that when a business truly values its people, clients naturally receive the very best service.
Outside of work, Nik is a mum to three humans, two dogs, three cats and an African Grey parrot. Life is kept busy with sports, playdates and birthday parties, but when she finds a spare moment, she enjoys walking, reading, arts and crafts, camping and, of course, a well-earned Pinot Noir on a Friday.
